Letter to Kitty Ussher in response to the issues raised by the Turnbull judgement

We are continuing to work with the Department of Work and Pensions to address the issues raised by the Turnbull judgement. The latest response from the DWP is reproduced here. Key representatives from Housing Options, Mencap, National Housing Federation, Arc and ASL recently met to discuss the issues raised in the letter and have submitted a response.
